Description: The invention relates to a shelf which can be set up, in particular, in offices or in living areas.
Shelves for offices or living areas that serve to store files, books or other objects are well known. They generally have an arrangement of a bottom plate, a cover plate and at least one intermediate layer, which are arranged parallel to and spaced from each other and have, usually perpendicular thereto, arranged between these supports so that individual subjects are formed. Base plate, cover plate and intermediate layer may have freely projecting statements and / or be completed by side walls. The subjects resp. the whole shelf can also be provided with a rear wall and in the compartments doors or drawers can be installed and / or they can be provided with hinged flaps. Plates, columns and spacers can be made of wood, metal, chipboard or plastics.
Such shelves are usually fixed and immutable in their form. During assembly, only intermediate layers can be installed at different heights to generate different sized compartments. Furthermore, supports and side walls can be provided with holes or drill patterns at the same height that can accommodate requirements for insert boards. However, the basic structure remains invariable.
Also known is a shelf system («Tylko»), in which the height and width of subjects, as well as the size of the shelf itself, can be variably designed. After assembly, however, the arrangement of the compartments can only be changed by rebuilding the shelf and, if necessary, the use of other items.
The invention is therefore based on the object to develop a shelf for use in offices, living areas, etc., which can be set up and changed easily and with little effort and is also used variably.
The object is solved with the features of claim 1.
A shelf according to the invention comprises a horizontally arranged base plate, a cover plate spaced therefrom and at least one intermediate layer arranged between them, wherein a distance between the intermediate layer and the base plate resp. the cover plate is made by at least one, arranged perpendicular to these supports. The at least one support is a vertical support and comprises two mutually parallel walls, the ends of which are angled, wherein the walls are interconnected so that between the, located perpendicular to the intermediate sides or ends of a narrow, elastically deformable and preferably uniformly parallel slot is trained.
Preferably, at least two vertical supports are arranged per layer of the shelf.
The inventive shelf is largely assembled and disassembled without tools and therefore can be easily constructed by laymen and changed without disassembly of the basic structure. The space utilization of the shelf is very high.
Basically, the inventive shelf could be created without an intermediate layer, but this is of limited scope of application.
Preferred embodiments of the inventive shelf are disclosed in the dependent claims.
There are largely identical parts of the same dimensions used, which allows large series and low production costs and high flexibility and also significantly reduces the risk of confusion of parts. Likewise, the transport and storage costs are reduced. The shelf can be stored in individual parts and tightly packed, for example, on a pallet, and transported.
It allows a high level of functionality and a real modular design in manufacturing and assembly. Fittings are kept flat to maximize space utilization of shelves and without limitations by protrusions or the like. to achieve.
The inventive shelf can be mounted from two sides.

A shelf according to the invention (FIG. 1) comprises at least one horizontally arranged base plate 1 and a cover plate 2 arranged above it in parallel and spaced apart. Between these two intermediate layers 3 are arranged in the example. Floor and cover plate 1, 2 and the intermediate layers 3 ("shelf") consist in the example of wood. The bottom plate 1 may be on, not shown, rollers or feet. In the height of the distance between the intermediate layers 3 and between liner 3, base plate 1, respectively. Cover plate 2 by these vertically arranged vertical supports 4, preferably made of metal. The compartments 6 thus formed have in the example a clear width of 500 mm and height of 350 mm.
Lateral terminations 5 are 250 mm long in the example shown and prepared so that another identical shelf can be mounted on it, which can connect more identical shelves to an "infinite" series.
However, the terminations 5 may for example be only 25 mm or 400 mm long, in which case they should preferably be free-standing terminations. In particular, with a length of 400 mm, the corners of the statements 5 may also be formed rounded.
The cover plate 2 may further have a different shape than the bottom plate 1 and spacers 3 and thus also be used as a standing desk or table top.
A vertical support 4 comprises two, mutually parallel and profiled walls 40, 41 (Fig. 2), for example made of metal. The intermediate layers 3 facing ends or sides 40a, 41a of the walls are angled at right angles, the perpendicular thereto pages 40b, 41b are angled U-shaped.
Between the walls 40, 41 are four L-shaped connecting elements 42 with the long leg so, substantially parallel along the sides 40b, 41b arranged that they are (form-fitting) clamped in this and the short leg just on the angled Side 40a, 40b and excluded from, shown in Figs. 2 and 3, recesses 48 partially on the bottom plate 1 or the cover plate 2 or an intermediate layer 3 rest. For the connection of the pre-assembled with the connecting elements 42 and the rod 43 walls 40,41, these are first positioned to each other (Fig. 3, Fig. 4a) and then laterally shifted from each other, so that a clamping connection is made. Between the sides 40b, 41b remains a narrow, elastically deformable and preferably uniform slot 49 (FIG. 4b).
This connection is preferably carried out by the manufacturer, so that the customer receives mounted vertical supports 4.
At the positions where vertical supports 4 are provided in the bottom plate 1 or cover plate 2 and / or an intermediate layer 3, pins 46 are inserted into prepared holes of the bottom plate 1 or the cover plate 2 and / or an intermediate layer 3 and the vertical support 4th via pin holes 47 in the connecting element 42 is positioned so that a lever 45 in the short leg of the connecting element 42, the pin 46 and thus the vertical support 4 locked (in Fig. 5 in detail A using the example of a lower liner 3 shown). Analogously, but not necessarily, this process can be carried out with a cover layer.
For disassembly of the vertical support 4, only one e.g. rod-shaped key through a bore 44 in the connecting element 42 to move to move the lever 45 and thus to release the locking of the pin 46.
To close a compartment 6 on one side, a not shown end wall 9 can be mounted between two vertical supports 4 in a simple manner. For this purpose, the end wall 9 must be angled only at the vertical ends so that resulting short angle pieces in the slots 49 are clamped and the rear wall is thus mounted. The end walls 9 can be pushed out of a compartment 6 again only from the inside. From the outside, a disassembly resp. prevented access to the subject.
The end walls 9 may for example be closed or have decorative openings.
The compartments 6 may be open for storage of books, files or other objects or be closed by flaps 8 or it can be used 7 drawers (the opposite side is in each case by an end wall lockable).
A drawer 7 (Fig. 7 and 8) comprises a, inside smooth-walled space 70 with a double-walled front 71 on which a, for example, C-shaped handle 72 is attached. The front 71 may have access openings for receiving a closing unit 10 or radio-locking unit 11, wherein the closing mechanisms themselves are preferably arranged in a depression between the walls of the front 71.
In general, two pull-out rails 73 are attached to the side of the limiting vertical supports 4 for coupling with Auszuggarnituren 74. Each Auszugsgarnitur 74 is attached to a profiled receiving plate 75. In cross section, the receiving plate 75 has the shape of a flat plate, the strip-shaped edge regions of the vertical support 4 abut (Fig. 6), while the "recessed" central region provided with the Auszugsgarnitur 74 and the drawer faces.
In the example of a tray 6, for example, an intermediate layer 3, in the example between two vertical supports 4, two bottom angles 76 against each other (non-positively) braced or biased arranged without the use of fasteners. An embodiment is also possible with only one pretensionable and over the width of the tray 6 reaching ground angle.
The biasing force is selected so that the bottom angles 76 remain at the bottom. The bottom angle 76 are in the example flat metal sheets whose ends, which are parallel to the vertical supports 4, respectively. are located to the Auszuggarnituren 74, substantially right angle, angle legs 77 and 79 forming bent. At the same time, the facing strip-shaped edge regions of the receiving plates 75 can also be clamped securely between angle leg 79 and vertical support 4.
Preferably, the rear end wall of a compartment 6, in which a drawer 7 is used, reinforced and acts as a counterweight with the drawer pulled out 7. The arrangement of such a reinforced end wall is carried out in the manner described above. After mounting the bottom bracket 76 an inserted end wall is locked, so no back access to the drawer 7 is possible.
The vertical supports 4 perform a dual function as a support element of the shelf on the one hand as well as a means of locking the bottom angle 76 (including the drawer 7) and they also serve to receive a rear wall. Likewise, the vertical support 4 is locked itself.
A flap 8, as shown in Fig. 9, is hinged to the bottom (for example, an intermediate layer 3) of a tray 6 pivotally. It may for example have a front 80 analogous to the front 70 of a drawer 7 and be provided with a handle 81. The flap 8 is further provided with mounted bearings 84 (hinge) for rotatably receiving a round pin 88 laterally at one end of a flat, rod-shaped lever 87.
The lever 87 is arranged at its other end in a curved guide track 86 of a flap fitting 85 guide (Fig. 9). The lever 87 rests with the flap 8 open on its inner surface (FIG. 10) and does not affect the available space of the compartment 6.
The flap fitting 85 may be provided with, not shown, end position dampers.
The flap fitting 85 is preferably a very flat cuboid and consists for example of plastic, wood or metal. The flap fitting 86 further comprises a bottom angle 82, preferably made of metal, whose ends are provided with lugs 83, wherein the lugs 83 analogous to the lugs 78 in recesses 48 of the connecting elements 42, respectively. to engage the connecting posts 4. The flap 8 is therefore also stable and positionally attachable.
Any deformations of the aforementioned strained elements are elastic in nature. Assembly and disassembly are easy and without tools (the only exception is the key for concealed lever 45) possible.
Drawers 7 and / or flaps 8 are simple and without disassembly of the basic structure ummontierbar and can be provided on both longitudinal sides of the inventive shelf, if free-standing.
Drawers 7 and / or flaps 8 may also be lockable, e.g. using cylinder or combination lock 10 or near-field coding 11 (NFC). They are also used in cabinets, desks or other furniture and also suitable for installation in wall pockets or the like.

Several shelves can be connected in series and preferably connected to each other and / or also parallel to each other.
